It is not notched and ready to use as it appears to be in the picture and the one posted review from 2018 implies. There are no shops in my area that can assist with this. Would not have purchased if I knew this.

Cool Sitar Bridge
This is a very well processed synthetic bridge for sitar, highly recommended! It fits perfectly on the tabli and has a shaped jawari with a cool buzzing sound. It has 6 string slots for a Vilayat Khan Style Sitar, but you can also add slots in the right position for Ravi Shankar style. It has a height of about 2,8 cm, the length of the top is about 7,3 cm. The sympathetic string bridge has a length of 3,9 cm and 12 slots (If you have 13 sympathetic strings, there is a little more space between the first and the second slot to cut another one). Also, the shop has a very nice service and answers quickly and helpful to further questions ;-)
