Guide to measuring:
Please take a measurement of outer edge of the wood (take the old drum head off), take a few measurements of the diameter and use the largest measurement. You will never get the correct measurement with the old drum head on, so its best to remove it and then take your measurements. Here's a quick example here, How to Measure
