Very pleased!
This is a lovely instrument. I've had it now for a few weeks and am falling in love with it. Because I have never actually played one before, I'm not sure if the bridge is cut a little flat for playing the second string as a melody string, but with delicacy I can play on it without hitting other strings. I suppose I could try shimming it slightly under the string with parchment and see how that feels. It really is a stunning instrument visually and sounds very sweet. These things aren't super loud, but I like the gentle volume. If you like loud, you might go for buying yours with the Tar Shenai option. Mickey of customer service at Kala Kendar is terrific.
