Golden Studio Dholak (West Indian Express)

A well made traditional rosewood Dholak.  Hand selected from our maker in Varanasi, exceptional finish and tone.  This is not your average drum, limited availability.

Technical specifications:

• Seasoned hardwood barrel (Indian rosewood)
• Barrel length 17" ~ 18" approximately. 
• Thick black kundal studio drum heads
• Barrel diameter,  7" (high side) & 9" (low side) approximately. 
• Optional padded gig bag for carrying & storage. 
• Tuning wrench included. 

POSSIBLE BLEMISHES: Cosmetic scratches/peeling on the metal finish (metal hardware) The scratches/repairs are barely visible; this has no effect on the performance and playability of the instrument.  We will go the extra mile and send you out pictures of the actual instrument prior to shipping so you can approve the order, assuring that there will be no surprises.
