Sent me a lemon

I think these are probably nice tanbura for the money however the one they sent me was defective and unfortunately I’m stuck with it because it would cost almost as much to ship it back as the price of the instrument due to USA shipping and the cost of shipping to me (because it was free shipping) Very dissatisfied with Kala Kendar customer service.
