I am very pleased with traveler harmonium sound and weight; I paid extra to have the octave below middle C set up.
Have adjusted well to relative lack of sustain compared to larger harmoniums.
Mildly surprised that formica strips used in construction, but sound and weight make up for this entirely
folks at Kala Kendar VERY professional, fabulous communication throughout process... happy to pay more for this and to know it will be delivered....still waiting on harmoniums x 2 to arrive from a different musical instrument company in India after money paid up many months ago, and no sign of harmoniums or communication about what has happened...
very grateful for your service,

The harmonium arrived in excellent condition and ready to be played - no sticky keys, beautiful sound! I really appreciated all of Mickey's help in choosing the right harmonium, especially since I could not see the harmoniums before purchasing.

I am happy with my Traveler--the sound is full and gets better the more I play it. I think I would have preferred to have the lower keys below Middle C rather than the high upper ones. Maybe in the future, Kala Kendar can build one like that. I changed the handles on the grip bag to be more like a duffel bag than a pie carrier. Very happy with the purchase.

I am so grateful to have this high quality small size harmonium. It is so much easier for me to through on my shoulder and carry in and out of places. The sound is brighter and feel a bit higher than my full size MKS although it isn't actually higher. It has a bit less of an earthy tone.
I have it with a few groups and people really seem to enjoy the sound.
