good value for a good-looking instrument

Posted by Noah on 25th Apr 2011

The harmonium arrived in perfect shape. I've never had one before, and am enjoying the beautiful sounds that it makes. Thanks for spending the time to chat with me about which one would be the best match.

Thank for your note. The harmonium arrived safe and sound. A couple of the keys were stuck, but that gave me an opportunity to explore the maintenance side of the instrument. All is working well now and I am enjoying learning the play very much.

    customer service is the key!!!

I have been speaking with Mickey and I want to thank you for having such a patient person available for these phone orders!!! It is so difficult when you can't see or try an instrument. He has been absolutely wonderful and after speaking with him again and spending some time with my instrument I have actually fallen in love with it! I have decided what I thought I wanted in the exchange is not worth the extra weight, as I plan on lugging it around and I am a petite person. Mickey made me feel comfortable asking lots of questions and I am so glad I found your company on the internet. Love doing buisness with you--give Mickey a raise!!! Theresa

    They come highly recommended

And their well worth it. I went down to the store in Toronto and I was amazed at all the selection. Mickey took the time and spent over 2 hours explaining the differences in the models and I literally tried out 10 different harmoniums, until picking this one. This guy has patience and best of all he loves what he does. Do yourself a favor, don't buy a cheap harmonium from ebay or India directly, I did 2 months ago, and I'm here buying my second from a good local dealer. Save yourself the headaches, these guys are good, and it also helps that they back-up their instruments. Thanks Mickey for all your help!!!
